Orion Park Turf Treatment - While the summer weather has been hot and dry, we want to inform residents we are aware of the significant stress on the turf at Orion Park. We have had our landscape maintenance contractor take turf samples and have confirmed the Park is experiencing a fungus contamination called Ascochyta leaf blight. CDI, our landscape contractor, has adjusted the watering schedule to increase moisture and will be applying remediation treatments (at no additional cost to the residents), and will be aerating the park early to improve the soil moisture capacity. We will continue to monitor the Park closely to gauge the remediation response and expect to see improvements over the next couple of weeks.
