Orion Park Turf Treatment - While the summer weather has been hot and dry, we want to inform residents we are aware of the significant stress on the turf at Orion Park. We have had our landscape maintenance contractor take turf samples and have confirmed the Park is experiencing a fungus contamination called Ascochyta leaf blight.

Starting Monday June24th, all oilfield traffic will be detoured along Monaghan Road and 6th Avenue. Normally, oilfield traffic does not enter the Sky Ranch community, but due to paving operations along Del Ray Street, this detour is required. The detour will be in place for approximately 4 weeks while the paving work is being done.

Starting Monday October 2nd, Monaghan Road will be closed from 8th Place to 10th Drive. There will be a detour in place for approximately 3-4 weeks while the work is being done. The closure is so paving work can be completed on the westside of Monaghan Road at 10th Drive.
